Born and raised near Bridgend, Wales, I started my career as an Apprentice Engineer and progressed to a Business Analyst at a FTSE 100 telecoms company. That background means I don’t just focus on how things look — I focus on how they work.

Along the way, I’ve climbed telegraph poles, arranged traffic lights, planned cable routes and managed the attendance for 12,000+ people.

As a Business Analyst with a focus on resource optimisation, I’ve built many tools and redesigned processes to audit and improve performance while also reducing costs.

More recently, I’ve combined that analytical mindset with a passion for web design and digital illustration. I’ve developed a clear, simple design process — including content templates and practical guides — to make building a website straightforward, even if you’ve never done it before.
